What you'll do
1. Nurture leads by educating prospects and developing them until they're ready for a demo
2. Identify prospect needs and recommend the right product pathways.
3.Maintain excellent CRM hygiene and follow-ups.
4. Run secondary research on districts, roles, budgets, and priorities to personalize outreach
5. Partner closely with sales managers throughout the lead lifecycle.
Must have
1. Very strong written and verbal communication skills
2. Fast learner with a natural interest in sales, GTM, and customer psychology
3. Comfortable with CRM workflows and working in a structured, high-growth environment
4. Organized, proactive, and accountable - someone who executes and follows through
5. Comfortable working in US time zones
Good to have
1. Experience in SaaS sales, B2B inside sales, or high-ticket B2C sales
2. Background in mass communication, journalism, media, marketing, creative writing, or business
3. Exposure to education/edtech or the U.S. K-12 ecosystem
4. Familiarity with sales analytics or scheduling tools
5. Experience personalizing outreach through research or content
