
- Strategic Partnership Development: Identify, evaluate, and onboard high-potential partners to expand personal loan distribution.
- Revenue Growth Ownership: Drive month-on-month revenue growth by designing and executing strategic partnership initiatives.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain executive-level relationships with partners to ensure long-term collaboration and business alignment.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to design go-to-market strategies and optimize product offerings.
- Data-Driven Strategy: Analyse partner performance data, market trends, and customer insights to recommend strategic initiatives.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Lead and mentor junior partnership managers, ensuring team alignment and performance excellence.
- Reporting & Insights: Prepare comprehensive performance reports, highlighting opportunities, risks, and strategic recommendations.

Key Requirements:
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in partnership management, business development, or strategic alliances, preferably within the fintech sector Comfortable with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and data analysis platforms.
