Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end analytical projects from data extraction to insight presentation
- Build, maintain, and optimize dashboards and data
- Conduct advanced analysis to support business growth, customer insights, and performance optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Finance)
- Mentor junior analysts and review their outputs for accuracy and quality
- Present data insights and recommendations to senior leadership
The role is not restricted or limited to the roles and responsibilities mentioned above.
Key Requirements:
- 2 - 3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business analytics.
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for data cleaning and manipulation.
- Working knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
- Basic understanding of databases and SQL.
- High accuracy in data handling, validation, and quality checks.
- Efficient in managing multiple data sources, maintaining proper documentation, and meeting reporting deadlines.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Sales, and Operations to support analytical needs
