QuickShift - Product Manager - Logistics Solutions

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Product Manager with a strong background in logistics or supply chain to drive product strategy, development, and execution. The candidate will be responsible for building scalable logistics solutions, enhancing customer and partner experience, and managing end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and execute product roadmap aligned with business goals and customer needs.

- Manage end-to-end product lifecycle including requirement gathering, development, testing, launch, and optimization.

- Develop and enhance logistics products such as shipment management systems, tracking platforms, hyperlocal delivery solutions, or partner/merchant panels.

- Work closely with engineering, operations, sales, and marketing teams to deliver scalable product solutions.

- Analyze customer behaviour, market trends, and competitor products to identify growth opportunities.

- Drive product launches, feature rollouts, and adoption strategies.

- Improve operational efficiency, user experience, and automation across logistics workflows.

- Monitor product performance using analytics and data-driven insights.

- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure timely delivery of product milestones.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Management, or related field (MBA preferred).

- Experience working in logistics, supply chain, e-commerce logistics, or 3PL companies.

- Strong understanding of logistics workflows including order management, fulfillment, routing, tracking, and last-mile delivery.

- Experience working with mobile apps, web platforms, or logistics dashboards/panels.

- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management tools like JIRA, Confluence, etc.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
