Job Description: - Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for cybersecurity solutions, aligning with market needs and business goals. - Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management, from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization. - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure successful product development and launch. - Conduct thorough market research to identify customer needs, competitive landscape, and emerging trends in cybersecurity. - Translate product insights and market trends into clear product requirements, features, and user stories. - Develop and maintain a product roadmap that prioritizes key features and enhancements based on business value and customer impact. - Lead agile development processes, define user stories, and work closely with engineering teams to ensure on-time and high-quality product delivery. - Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and iterate on product features to drive continuous improvement. - Develop and deliver effective product presentations to internal and external stakeholders, including executives, partners, and customers. - Develop and refine GenAI and AI/ML use cases across products Cross-functional Collaboration: - A good team player who can maintain cohesive relationships internally. Product Portfolio Knowledge: - Cybersecurity/IT/ITES, Data Networking, CRM. Key Deliverables: - Successful launch and ongoing enhancement of cybersecurity products that meet market demands and drive revenue growth. - Development of a product roadmap that aligns with business objectives and customer needs. - Effective cross-functional collaboration resulting in the timely delivery of high-quality products. - Monitoring and analysis of product performance metrics, user feedback, and market trends to drive product enhancements. Required Skills: - Proven track record in product management related technology field, with a strong emphasis on sales/presales experience. - Deep understanding of cybersecurity threats, challenges, and solutions. - Deep understanding in GenAI, AI/ML and other emerging technologies - Strong analytical skills to translate market insights into actionable product strategies. - Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and convey product vision. - Proficiency in agile methodologies, user story development, and working closely with engineering teams. - Strategic thinking and ability to align product development with business goals. Behavioral Skills: - Leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams and drive consensus in decision-making. - Problem-solving mind-set to address complex cybersecurity challenges and prioritise solutions. - Adaptability to changing market dynamics and the ability to pivot product strategies as needed - Strong project management skills to manage product timelines, resources, and budgets effectively. Essential Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related fields. A Master's degree is a plus. - Minimum 3-5 years of experience in product management, with a focus on technology products. - Demonstrated success in leading the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to launch. Preferred Qualifications: - Relevant certifications in product management or cybersecurity. - Previous experience in developing cyber security products.
