Sales Strategy and Execution: - Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base within the quick commerce segment. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations within the quick commerce channel. - Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities to inform sales strategies and identify growth opportunities. Performance Monitoring: - Monitor sales performance and key metrics, preparing regular reports and presentations for senior management. - Conduct regular business reviews with key partners to assess performance and identify areas for improvement. - Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop and execute promotional activities and campaigns. Cross-functional Collaboration: - Work closely with the supply chain, logistics, and operations teams to ensure optimal product availability and timely delivery. - Liaise with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely invoicing and payment collections. - Coordinate with the customer service team to resolve any issues or complaints promptly. Market Intelligence: - Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to anticipate market changes and develop proactive strategies. - Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve product offerings and enhance customer satisfaction. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development within the FMCG industry. - Proven experience in managing key accounts and driving sales growth in the quick commerce segment. - Strong understanding of the quick commerce landscape and key players.
