Job Purpose:
To drive sales growth, profitability, and brand visibility on Q Commerce (Blinkit/Zepto/Swiggy-Insta) by managing day-to-day operations, strategic planning, and relationship management with category teams and platform stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5-7 years of experience in E-commerce / Q-Commerce; minimum 23 years managing Q-commerce platforms.
- Strong ability to manage both topline (revenue growth) and bottom line (profitability) across Q-commerce channels.
- Deep understanding of the instant delivery ecosystem, including consumer buying behavior, fulfillment operations, inventory management, and fill rate optimization.
- Proven track record of driving business performance through:
i. Strategic platform partnerships
ii. Assortment planning
iii. Campaign and promotion management
- Hands-on experience with Q-commerce advertising tools and promotional levers (in-app ads, banners, search boosts, etc.).
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze performance data, generate insights, and continuously refine growth strategies.
- Strong grasp of supply chain dynamics and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure product availability and platform readiness.
- Proficiency in tools for data analysis, performance tracking, and reporting (Excel, dashboards, etc.).
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments with a self-starter and entrepreneurial mindset.
