Role Purpose
Quick Commerce Performance Management, Performance Agency Management
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end advertisement campaigns for Swiggy Instamart, Blinkit, Zepto, and other QCom Channels (Strategizing, Development, Delivery)
- Analyze the spending and sales on Qcom wrt to Budgets.
- Work on the correct listing, images, and description on all Qcom Channels
- To discuss and deploy monthly budgets for all Qcom Channels and divide them into discount offers, keywords budgets, and banners.
- Apply analytics to get the best matrix of impressions, CTRs, and Conversion rates.
- Daily management of performance marketing agency on the conversions, spends, and Meta Campaigns Performance.
- Drive the digital experience in support of marketing campaigns, including user experience, assets, and digital demand tactics, such as offer management
- Own and manage agency and vendor relationships in support of the integrated program plans, including project managing paid media, live person and SEO.
- Measure the effectiveness of demand generation activity and adapting campaigns as necessary to deliver higher quality responses and improve conversion rates
- Vetting of influencers or daily vlogs, reviews, barter collabs, and product launches.
- Overview of WhatsApp and Email Retention Campaigns with the team and manage WA journeys with WA vendors.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
- Graduation in a relevant degree is mandatory (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 1-2 years of work experience as a performance marketer (experience in D2C/FMCG sector preferred)
