Job Description VP Operations
Location: Gurugram (with frequent travel across India)
Reports To: CEO

Quick Clean is Indias fastest-growing B2B laundry solutions company, serving leading hotels and hospitals through our On-Premise Laundry (OPL) model. With 75+ sites across 36 cities in 15 states, and a strong sustainability mission (210M liters water saved, 60M kg CO reduced), we are on an ambitious journey to scale 10x in the next 5 years.
The Head of Operations will be the driving force ensuring that we scale efficiently, profitably,
and sustainablybuilding Indias most reliable and innovative OPL operations backbone.
Role Purpose:
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership:
- Drive daily operational excellencequality, hygiene, turnaround time, and compliance with SLAs.
- Establish centralized dashboards & KPIs for site-level monitoring (productivity, cost/kg, energy/water savings, uptime).
Scale & Expansion:
- Standardize processes, SOPs, and training modules to ensure plug-and-play expansion.
- Partner with supply chain & project teams for smooth equipment installation, commissioning, and transition.
Team Leadership:
- Build a high-performance culture with clear KPIs, recognition, and accountability.
- Collaborate closely with the Founders Office, HR, and Finance for workforce planning and optimization.
Client & Stakeholder Management:
- Ensure customer satisfaction scores remain industry-leading.
- Drive proactive problem-solving, anticipating client needs.
Innovation & Sustainability:
- Leverage technology (IoT, remote monitoring, BI dashboards) to optimize productivity.
- Explore innovative service models (zero-capex, per-room models, etc.) with the Growth team.
Key Metrics (KRAs/KPIs):
- Client satisfaction (NPS, retention rate, complaint resolution time)
- Expansion success (sites launched on-time & within budget)
- People development (attrition rate, training hours, succession readiness)
- Sustainability outcomes (water, energy, CO savings)
Candidate Profile:
Experience: 12-18 years, with at least 5 years in a senior operational leadership role.
Industries: Hospitality, healthcare services, facility management, logistics, or manufacturing.
Skills:
- Strong P&L ownership & financial acumen.
- Process-driven mindset; Six Sigma/Lean background preferred.
- Tech-savvy: dashboards, BI tools, ERP/CRM systems.
- Strong leadership and ability to build execution-driven teams at scale.
Education: MBA/PGDM or equivalent preferred, but not mandatory if strong experience.
