Role Overview:
- The Senior Advisor will play a strategic support role in Quick Clean's expansion journey - lending their decades of expertise, network, and leadership perspective to help strengthen partnerships, open new markets, and mentor our young leadership team.
- This is a flexible, impact-driven role designed for senior professionals who wish to stay intellectually active and contribute meaningfully to the growth of a purpose-led enterprise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic sounding board to the Founder & leadership team on expansion, client engagement, and organizational design.
- Leverage industry networks (hospitality, healthcare, facility management, institutional sectors) to introduce potential clients, partners, or collaborators.
- Provide mentorship and coaching to Quick Clean's young leaders and managers.
- Guide on business planning, operational excellence, and financial prudence using real-world experience.
- Support in developing long-term strategic partnerships, including OEMs, sustainability alliances, and government or institutional programs.
- Contribute to Quick Clean's brand positioning and thought leadership initiatives through insights and participation in key industry forums.
Ideal Profile:
- Retired (ex-CXO, GM, VP, or Director) from hospitality, healthcare, facility management, Govt or industrial equipment background.
- Strong network in institutional or B2B ecosystem and understanding of business operations at scale.
- Passionate about mentoring and sharing knowledge.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with an openness to work in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
- Ability to dedicate 1-3 days a week (flexible) depending on mutual agreement.
Engagement Model:
- Flexible structure: Advisory or part-time engagement (6-12 months, renewable).
- Honorarium / project-based compensation as per mutual agreement.
- Option to be considered for Board Advisor / Mentor-in-Residence role based on contribution and continuity.
