Role Overview:
Business Development:
- Identify and qualify new B2B opportunities across target segments (hotels, hospitals, institutions).
- Drive lead generation through cold calls, referrals, networking, and industry events.
- Build and manage a strong opportunity pipeline aligned with quarterly targets.
Solution Selling & Client Engagement:
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies for potential clients.
- Present Quick Cleans OPL model, highlighting operational, financial, and sustainability advantages.
- Collaborate with technical and operations teams to prepare proposals and ROI models.
- Negotiate and close contracts ensuring profitability and compliance.
Account Management:
- Build long-term relationships with key client stakeholders (GMs, Procurement, Engineering, Housekeeping Heads).
- Cross-sell and upsell new solutions such as ReWeave 360 sustainability program.
- Ensure smooth project handover to operations and client satisfaction post-implementation.
Market Intelligence:
- Track competitor activities, pricing models, and emerging market trends.
- Provide insights to the management for strategic decision-making and pricing updates.

- Client Retention & Upsell

Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong B2B / solution-selling experience (preferably in capital equipment, facility management, or OPL-related industries).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Analytical ability to understand operational ROI and build business cases.
- Relationship-driven mindset with C-level and on-ground stakeholders.
- Tech-savvy with CRM usage and data-driven approach to sales.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduate in Business / Engineering / Hospitality; MBA preferred.
- 36 years of experience in institutional or B2B sales (hospitality, healthcare, or allied sectors).
- Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and site visits.
