Role Overview As a founding Product Designer at QubeLabs, you will shape the user experience and visual design of our wealthtech platform. You'll be responsible for translating complex financial workflows into intuitive, elegant, and delightful interfaces. Working closely with product managers and engineers, you will design solutions that drive business outcomes while creating a world-class user experience. Key Responsibilities - Lead the end-to-end product design process: research, journey mapping, wireframes, visual UI, and prototyping - Design responsive and scalable web and mobile interfaces for advisors, RMs, and end-clients - Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ship well-crafted, pixel-perfect designs - Create and maintain a modular design system that reflects our brand personality - Conduct user testing and research to validate hypotheses and gather feedback - Bring interfaces to life with micro-interactions and thoughtful animations - Advocate for user-centered design in strategic discussions What You Bring - 4-7 years of experience designing digital products, ideally in fintech, SaaS, or investment domains - Strong portfolio showcasing UX thinking, problem-solving, and UI craft - Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with tools like Adobe CC, Principle, Lottie, or similar - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Strong sense of ownership and a builder mindset for early-stage environments - Comfort working across all stages-discovery, ideation, delivery, and iteration - Familiarity with financial platforms, investment journeys, or advisor tools is a bonus Compensation We offer a competitive package with a meaningful hike over your last drawn salary, commensurate with the impact and ownership this role brings.
