Role Overview We are looking for a Founding Product Manager to lead product development from 0 to 1. You'll define product vision, create detailed specs, work with design and engineering, and lead go-to-market for our core platform. The ideal candidate understands the wealth management landscape and thrives in building financial products with high UX and compliance standards. Key Responsibilities - Define the product strategy and roadmap for our advisor and client platforms - Translate business needs into product specs, wireframes, and flows - Drive end-to-end product development with design and engineering - Prioritize features based on user insights, market trends, and business impact - Conduct competitive research, customer interviews, and internal feedback loops - Own key product metrics and iterate rapidly based on data - Ensure regulatory alignment across onboarding, KYC, and investment journeys What You Bring - 4-7 years of product management experience, ideally in fintech, investing, or financial SaaS - Experience building and scaling B2B, B2B2C, or multi-user financial platforms - Strong understanding of investment products: stocks, MFs, PMS, AIFs, goals - Excellent at translating complex workflows into intuitive interfaces - Hands-on with wireframing tools (Figma, Whimsical) and product analytics - Ownership mindset with strong communication and stakeholder skills Nice to Have - Familiarity with financial regulations, advisor tech, and KYC journeys - Prior startup or founding team experience - Exposure to AI-driven personalization or conversational AI flows Compensation We offer a competitive package with a meaningful hike over your last drawn salary, commensurate with the impact and responsibility this role demands.
