
You will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by acquiring, managing, and expanding strategic B2B client relationships. You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals. This role requires a results-driven sales leader with experience in selling Analytics, Data Science, AI/ML solutions to Fortune 500 companies across North America and Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the entire sales cycle (hunting, mining, and farming) for strategic new accounts.
- Acquire and develop new enterprise B2B clients in the North America and EU markets.
- Design and execute strategic sales plans for key markets and accounts.
- Lead, coach, mentor, and monitor a high-performing support sales team to drive operational efficiency.
- Identify market trends and customer needs to develop customized solutions that align with client business goals
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in selling enterprise-level deals in IT/ITeS/Data Engineering/Data Sciences/Business Intelligence/Analytics or allied services.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in B2B services sales in North America/EU regions.
- Strong ability to connect, communicate, and present effectively to CXO/VP/Director-level prospects.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles, negotiations, and stakeholder relationships.
