Job Description: Technical BA - Capital Markets
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst with 8-10 years of experience and a strong understanding of technology and system integration. The role focuses on bridging business and IT teams through requirement analysis, documentation, and coordination. This is a non-coding role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand how different IT layers and systems integrate (end-to-end architecture)
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
- Create and manage JIRA user stories
- Develop process flows and flow diagrams
- Act as a liaison between business, technology, and data teams
Key Skills & Experience:
- Strong understanding of technology architecture and system integration
- SQL proficiency Moderate to Advanced (basic SQL is not sufficient)
- Exposure to Capital Markets / BFSI domain
- Working knowledge of AI use cases (chatbots, analytics, automation, decision support)
- Experience in core Business Analysis activities and documentation
- Hands-on experience with JIRA and process documentation
Education (Mandatory): Technical degree required: MCA / B.Tech / B.E. in Computers or IT
