Senior Sales Consultant


As a Senior Sales Consultant, you will conduct in-depth business strategy consultations with qualified prospects, diagnose their legal business challenges through our proprietary 'Business Legal Health Check' assessment, present tailored legal solutions, and close high-ticket sales. This is a closing-focused role where you will convert high-intent booked calls into paying clients, driving significant revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Consultation & Closing

- Conduct approximately 60 consultations per month from booked inbound and outbound appointments.

- Achieve and maintain a closing ratio of 30%+ (closing 3 out of every 10 consultations).

- Manage pre- and post-consultation follow-ups to ensure client engagement and maximize conversion.

2. Business Diagnosis & Presentation

- Uncover root causes of clients' business legal challenges through detailed analysis.

- Present customized legal solutions and clearly articulate the benefits of our programs and services.

3. Pipeline & CRM Management

- Accurately track every sales opportunity within the CRM system.

- Maintain timely and consistent follow-up sequences for undecided prospects.

4. Team Collaboration

- Provide constructive feedback to Pre-Sales and Sales Consultants to enhance lead quality.

- Actively participate in daily operations meetings and reporting.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

- Generate new business revenue of Rs 30 Lakhs+ GST per month (12-15 sales units).

- Maintain a closing ratio above 30%.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Master's or Bachelor's degree in any related field.

- Proven track record in consultative sales, B2B sales, or high-ticket closing roles.

- Mastery of consultative selling and high-ticket closing techniques.

- Strong business acumen with the ability to navigate multiple industries.

- Excellent negotiation and objection handling skills.

- Ability to maintain composure during high-pressure discussions.

- High standards of integrity, professionalism, and leadership presence.
