Role Summary

The Enterprise Supply Chain Integration Consultant will be responsible for leading the design and enhancement of integration solutions across Kenvue's enterprise systems, with a particular focus on supplier collaboration and planning platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, robust integration design capabilities, and proficiency in data mapping across diverse systems within a multi-system, enterprise integration landscape.

Key Responsibilities

- Integration Design Leadership: Lead the design of robust and scalable integration solutions across various enterprise platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and process orchestration (note: this is a design-focused role, not development).

- Supplier Collaboration Enhancement: Drive the design and optimization of supplier collaboration workflows, including expertise in Source Base and BMI forecast collaboration, to improve efficiency and accuracy.

- Planning System Optimization: Interpret and enhance information flow from OMP (Optimized Manufacturing Planning) systems, ensuring its effective integration with other supply chain platforms.

- Data Mapping and Governance: Develop and maintain comprehensive data mapping strategies across ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), OMP, and various collaboration layers to ensure data integrity and consistency.

- Process Understanding & Improvement: Apply a solid end-to-end understanding of supply chain processes to identify integration opportunities and drive continuous improvement.

- System Flow Expertise: Contribute expertise in complex system flows involving ERP, OMP, Collaboration Platforms, and E2open, ensuring optimal connectivity and data exchange.

- Multi-System Landscape Management: Work effectively within a multi-system, enterprise integration landscape, navigating complexities and ensuring cohesive system interactions.

Required Skills and Experience

- Integration Design: Proven expertise in designing complex integration solutions across diverse enterprise platforms.

- Supplier Collaboration: Extensive experience with supplier collaboration workflows, specifically including Source Base and BMI forecast collaboration.

- Planning Capabilities: Strong analytical and planning skills, with a demonstrated ability to interpret and enhance information from OMP.

- Data Mapping: Proficient in data mapping techniques and tools across ERP, OMP, and various collaboration layers.

- Supply Chain Process Acumen: Solid end-to-end understanding of supply chain processes (e.g., planning, procurement, logistics, manufacturing).

- System Landscape Exposure: Demonstrated exposure to and understanding of system flows involving ERP, OMP, Collaboration Platforms, and E2open.

- Enterprise Integration Landscape: Experience working in a large-scale, multi-system enterprise integration environment.

Education

Master of Business Administration (MBA) required.
