Job Description: - Partner with the co-founders and leadership team to drive HR initiatives that support the company's rapid growth. - Strategize, implement, and manage HR operations, ensuring compliance and alignment with the business strategy. - Spearhead strategic HR projects, aligned with the company's growth goals. - Develop and implement HR processes, programs, and policies that support the company's culture and values. - Provide analytical and operational support to the founders on various strategic initiatives. - Develop and track key metrics and KPIs to measure progress against business goals. - Continuously evaluate and improve HR processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness. Education and Experience: - MBA(HR/Finance) from a Tier 1 institute - 3 to 5+ years of HR experience, including experience in a start-up or mid-sized B2B growth company - Experience in working with C-level executives and managing complex projects - Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands effectively - Excellent MS Excel and #HRAnalytics skills - Strong communication and presentation skills - Exceptional business acumen, with proven ability to team, collaborate, and build and maintain relationships Additional Pointers: Immediate joining will be preferred.
