Description:
Role Overview:
The Senior Manager - Network Strategy & Analytics will own the design, optimization, and scalability of the end-to-end logistics network. This role blends deep analytics with strategic thinking to translate business ambition into operationally viable network solutions. The incumbent will act as a thought partner to leadership, enabling data-led decisions that drive cost efficiency, productivity, and sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Network Design:
- Design, govern, and continuously optimize the end-to-end logistics network, including routes, hubs, fleet mix, and capacity planning.
- Build scalable, future-ready network models to support expansion, new lane launches, and demand volatility.
- Convert business strategy into actionable network blueprints with strong on-ground feasibility and execution alignment.
2. Advanced Analytics & Decision Insights:
- Develop and institutionalize analytical models for:
a. Route-level profitability
b. Mileage and fuel efficiency
c. Asset and fleet utilization
d. Turnaround time (TAT) and dwell analysis
- Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that enable faster and better leadership decisions.
3. Cross-Functional Leadership:
- Partner closely with Operations, Fleet, Sales, Finance, and Strategy teams to ensure network plans align with execution realities.
- Lead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives that deliver measurable business outcomes beyond analytical reporting.
4. Digital & Automation Enablement:
- Champion the adoption of digital tools for network analytics, including dashboards, simulators, and predictive models.
- Enable real-time, data-driven decision-making across leadership and operational teams.
