Description:
Role Overview: RLooking for a Regional HRBP with strong exposure to driver / blue-collar / gig workforce management to support a fast-growing green mobility & logistics ecosystem across multiple states.
1) Driver Workforce Management (Core Focus):
- Lead vendor development and capacity building for driver sourcing across states.
- Drive end-to-end driver lifecycle management hiring, onboarding, training, engagement, productivity (km/run), and retention.
- Monitor and improve driver productivity, utilization, and cost per driver in partnership with operations teams.
- Oversee driver well-being initiatives, grievance redressal, and disciplinary processes.
- Track and analyze attrition trends, implement retention interventions, and ensure continuity of operations.
- Ensure accurate attendance, payroll coordination, benefits administration, and statutory adherence for driver workforce (including contract / gig models).
2) HR Generalist and Employee Relations:
- Support Head Office on all HR processes, policies, and practices, with critical customization for each state within the region. Act as the HR Business Partner for Regional and Cluster Managers. Build and sustain a positive work culture across all clusters, drive employee engagement and development initiatives, and ensure end-to-end statutory compliance, including management of contract and gig workforce.
3) Administration:
- Work closely with Head Office and cluster teams to enable administrative support, including facility management, asset tagging, compliance, training centers, and external stakeholder management. Ensure administrative costs are within approved budgets and in line with company policies.
