Roles & Responsibilities:

- Design and execute quantitative UX research studies to understand user behavior, product usability, and customer experience.

- Plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests and controlled experiments to measure the impact of product features and design changes.

- Define research objectives, hypotheses, success metrics, and measurement frameworks for product initiatives.

- Analyze user engagement, conversion funnels, retention, feature adoption, and other key product performance metrics.

- Extract, analyze, and interpret large datasets using SQL and product analytics tools.

- Apply statistical methods including hypothesis testing, confidence intervals, sample size estimation, and significance testing to validate research findings.

- Collaborate with Product Managers, UX Designers, Data Analysts, and Engineering teams to influence product strategy and roadmap decisions.

- Create dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate actionable insights and research recommendations.

- Identify user behavior trends and opportunities to improve product experience, usability, and customer engagement.

- Measure the impact of new features and product enhancements through data-driven experimentation and analytics.

- Stay updated with emerging UX research methodologies, analytics tools, and industry best practices.

Ideal Candidate:

- 3+ years of experience in Quantitative UX Research, Product Analytics, User Research, or Data Analytics.

- Strong understanding of experimental design, A/B testing, statistical analysis, and research methodologies.

- Hands-on experience with SQL and product analytics platforms such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA4, Contentsquare, or Maze.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and generate actionable business insights.

- Experience analyzing user engagement, conversion funnels, retention, feature adoption, and product performance metrics.

- Proficiency in statistical techniques including hypothesis testing, confidence intervals, sample size calculations, and statistical significance testing.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Passion for improving user experience through data-driven decision-making and evidence-based product recommendations.
