Location - Gurugram

Role Responsibilities:

- Develop and backtest quantitative trading strategies.

- Build and optimize models using Python and/or C++.

- Collaborate with traders and engineers to deploy strategies.

Requirements

- 2+ years' experience in quantitative research/systematic trading.

- Strong programming skills (Python/C++).

- Solid foundation in algorithms, probability, and statistics.

- HFT or low-latency experience is a plus.
