- Create high quality predictive signals. - Work across the entire lifecycle of a strategy; cleaning raw data, building strategies, discussing backtesting results, methodology, processes with other Quantitative Researchers and Quantitative Traders. - Manage live environment independently or with the help of developers. - Building tools, analytics to monitor performance of your strategies and existing strategies which are live and suggest improvements. - It is an individual contributor role, with the expectation of both working independently and in collaboration with other Researchers and Traders. Candidate's Profile : - NIT / IIT with minimum 2-8 years of experience in Prop trading desks or Hedge fund setups. - Coding skills required in at least one leading programming language (Python, C#, C++)
