Role & Responsibilities:
- As part of the core sales team at Quantiphi, you will be responsible for driving sales of our Data Science solutions to Enterprise clients.
- You will be the crucial first step in our customer's transformation journey, building the business case and the strategic roadmap for success.
What You'll Achieve:
- Define the 'Why': Lead high-stakes discovery sessions with senior client stakeholders, going beyond their stated needs to diagnose the fundamental business problems and opportunities ripe for data science.
- Frame the Solution: Translate ambiguous business challenges into well-defined data science problems, framing the "art of the possible" in a way that is both ambitious and achievable for the client.
- Architect the Vision: Architect and present compelling, data-driven solution proposals that clearly articulate the approach and expected outcomes to secure buy-in from both technical and executive audiences.
- Quantify the Impact: Develop and quantify the business case for change, building clear ROI models and impact forecasts that justify significant enterprise investment in data science and AI.
- Elevate Our Talent: Mentor and lead our brilliant team of young professionals, setting a high bar for strategic thinking and analytical rigor while fostering a culture of curiosity and growth.
- Be a Thought Leader: Act as the leading voice on data strategy for our customers and internal teams, educating the market on strategic AI adoption.
What You'll Bring:
- Holistic Data Science Expertise: A profound understanding of the data science landscape (ML, stats, etc.) and its practical application.
- You have the technical depth to validate architectures and guide delivery teams with high credibility.
- Exceptional Business & Financial Acumen: You are comfortable building business cases, talking about TCO and ROI, and mapping technical solutions directly to P&L impact.
- Cloud-Native Strategy: Deep familiarity with at least one major cloud ecosystem (GCP, AWS, Azure) and the ability to architect solutions using their native data and AI services.
- World-Class Consulting Skills: You excel in unstructured environments and can bring clarity, structure, and direction to complex client challenges through sharp questioning and logical problem-framing.
- Powerful Storytelling Ability: A proven gift for communicating complex analytical concepts with absolute clarity and conviction, inspiring.
Skills required:
- You would be involved in the development of new business opportunities and value-added services which requires a high level of creativity, learning potential and deep quantitative subject matter expertise and therefore self-driven individuals willing to learn on the go would be preferred.
- Knowledge and willingness to learn and apply emerging trends in business research, data science, Machine learning Artificial Intelligence, CloudStrong exposure of cloud technologies like GCP, AWS, Azure,etc.
- Excellent communication, articulation, abstraction, analytical and presentation skills.
- Executive demeanor and experience working with senior client executives.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision in a dynamic and time sensitive work environment.
- Excellent aptitude in business analysis and awareness of quantitative analysis techniques.
- Self-driven and strong aptitude to work in an entrepreneurial , fast-paced environment with minimal supervision and a passion for developing new value-added AI based solutions for clients across a variety of industries.
