Role : GTM Program Manager - North America Public Sector

Experience Level : 5 to 8 years

Work location : Mumbai & Bangalore

Role & Responsibilities:

As part of the core PubSec team of AWS Alliance, the Program Manager will be responsible for execution of the end-to-end GTM initiatives.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Coordinate and track all GTM, Program and strategic AWS Public Sector initiatives for North America

- Working closely with the onshore Marketing, Business Development and offshore pre-sales on various customer opportunities and ensure proposal preparation is on track

- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure all necessary marketing collaterals are prepared

- Work with the Alliance team to ensure all activities pertaining to AWS engagement activities are on track

- Work with AWS Public Sector Alliance Lead to communicate various initiatives being undertaken by Quantiphi and track all activities Share regular updates on projects

- Create SOPs and ensure its adoption for operational best practices

- Identify and resolve hurdles, inter-dependencies and program issues quickly and efficiently

- Work in conjunction with the regional sales team to plan campaigns for every quarter

- Building relationships with AWS reps, work with them directly for coordination and execution

Skills Required:

Apart from being Driven, Energetic and Ambitious, youll need the following:

- Ideally, knowledge of Public Sector market in the United States

- Ideally, familiarity with AWS programs and GTM motion

- Program and project management

- Team management experience is a must

- Ability to work with minimal supervision in a dynamic and timeline sensitive work environment

- Excellent communication, interpersonal and managerial skills

- Able to coordinate effectively with wide range of stakeholders to ensure seamless execution

- Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask

- Understanding of sales cycle and sales techniques

- Outcome driven mindset, strict adherence to timelines

- Experience of customer communication, ability to nurture relationships externally and internally

- Knowledge and willingness to learn and apply emerging trends in business, research, data science, Machine learning, Artificial Intelligence and Cloud Technologies

- Someone who will raise the average effectiveness of the team and has demonstrated exceptional abilities in some area of their life.

- In short, we are looking for a Difference Maker

- Techno-functional knowledge of Amazon Web Services will be good to have
