Role : Senior Engagement Manager (Delivery Leader Nvidia Business Unit).
Experience : 13 to 20 Years.
Work location : Bengaluru / Mumbai.
As part of the core delivery team of Quantiphi, the Delivery Leader will be responsible for managing the delivery and execution of 25+ projects for large healthcare or telecom customers.

Job Responsibilities:
Delivery Leadership:
- Lead delivery across multiple enterprise-scale AI engagements, covering product ideation, engineering execution, and production operations.
- Partner with PMO, recruitment, and engineering leadership to ramp up use-case squads based on BU and customer requirements.
- Own delivery governancereview PI/Sprint plans, ensure risk mitigation, and maintain transparency across engagements.
- Ensure timely delivery of commitments, adherence to SLAs, and overall delivery excellence.
- Drive process improvements to de-risk execution, streamline delivery, and standardize best practices across accounts.
- Build product mindset in the team for them to be build solutions and frameworks that accelerate use-case development for 500+ enterprise agents.
Customer Success:
- Act as the single point of escalation for delivery, ensuring proactive risk identification and resolution.
- Build and sustain strong customer relationships with senior stakeholders (SVP and above).
- Drive customer trust, satisfaction, and partnershipmeasured via CSAT/NPS scores.
- Translate business needs into product-ready delivery roadmaps and value outcomes.
P&L and Business Growth:
- Own P&L responsibility for the engagement, ensuring margins, operational excellence, and delivery profitability.
- Drive delivery-led growth by expanding engagements across workloads, solutions, and capabilities.
- Ensure revenue growth and diversification, establishing multi-year partnerships with key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Business Operations, Finance, and Resource Management to ensure efficient cost structures and resource utilization.
Team Leadership & Talent Development:
- Lead and mentor a 100+ member delivery team, spanning ML, Platform Engineering, and Software Development.
- Foster a high-performance culture with a focus on accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
- Invest in talent development programs to upskill teams, hire and onboard fresh talent, and groom next-generation leaders.
- Strengthen organizational association through employee engagement, mentoring, and career growth pathways.
Job Requirements:
- 13+ years of delivery management experience in enterprise product engineering or AI-driven services.
- Strong background in project/program management methodologies (Agile, SAFe, Lean Portfolio).
- Proven experience in delivering enterprise-scale AI/ML or platform engineering solutions from concept to production.
- Deep understanding of product-ready solutionsbalancing rapid prototyping with enterprise-grade production quality.
- Demonstrated success in P&L ownership, margins optimization, and delivery-led revenue growth.
- Strong record in customer success management, with direct accountability for CSAT/NPS outcomes.
- Experience managing large teams (100+), with emphasis on leadership development and organizational scaling.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams, and in-depth knowledge in framing, designing and execution of solutions for challenging business problems.
- Extensive experience in working with customers having global operations and with diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Executive demeanor and experience working with senior client executives and leadership, Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
