Role & Responsibilities:
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities by proactively prospecting and engaging with potential clients in various industries.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads and opportunities, and effectively manage the sales process from lead generation to closure.
- Understand client needs, pain points, and business objectives, and effectively articulate how
- Quantiphis portfolio of services & products can address their challenges and deliver value.
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and demonstrations that showcase the benefits and capabilities of our solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and project managers, to design tailored solutions that meet client requirements.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and influencers within client organizations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to effectively position our services and differentiate our value proposition.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the organization.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and market intelligence to sales leadership.
- Lead, mentor & ramp up the team of sales engineers working under your guidance and enable a high-functioning global team.
- Build & support effective sales strategies based on the growing trends in the market.
- Act as the main point of contact in all matters relating to client concerns and needs.
- Drive deal profitability and act as an anchor for growing the business units revenue in accordance with the target.
- Travel to customer sites, conferences, and other related events as required.
Skills/Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience of 10+ years in driving sales with a minimum of 5 years of experience in leading sales for Payer/Provider domain or related roles in an Information Technology services/consultancy company (must have).
- Direct experience selling to clients in the US and/or Canada.
- Knowledge of healthcare/life science industry business models and regulatory landscape generally and a deep understanding of Payor/Provider strategic drivers and value chain workflow (must have).
- Familiarity and fluency with a broad range of healthcare/life science IT applications (e.
EHR, practice management, claims management, patient engagement, population health) and health application integration/interoperability standards and approaches (e.
IHE best practices) (preferred).
- Demonstrable ability to professionally communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.
- Demonstrable experience in technical sales and solutions based on customer needs, especially in the areas of cloud, data, and artificial intelligence (must have).
- Excellent listening, communication (written and verbal), and presentation abilities.
- Demonstrable experience in negotiating contracts.
- Experience forecasting and tracking sales lifecycle and metrics.
- Ability to travel to client locations or industry events depending on the requirements (US and/or Canadian Visa a plus).
- Strong interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.
- Excellent organizational skills including maintenance of client selling activity in enterprise CRM systems
