Role : Associate Engagement Manager

Experience : 6+ Years

Location : Mumbai/Bangalore/Trivandrum

Overview:

- We are seeking an Associate Engagement Manager to support and drive delivery across Data & Analytics engagements - particularly in data migration and cloud modernization projects.

- The role demands a strong blend of project ownership, stakeholder management, and an understanding of modern data and cloud ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support end-to-end delivery of data migration and analytics programs across GCP, AWS, or Azure.

- Work closely with Engagement Managers and technical leads to ensure smooth project execution and delivery excellence.

- Partner with clients to track progress, address blockers, and ensure project milestones are met.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams on planning, tracking, and reporting.

- Contribute to project governance, documentation, and stakeholder communication.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 6-9 years of experience in managing or supporting Data & Analytics engagements.

- Exposure to data migration, ETL modernization, or data platform transformation projects.

- Understanding of cloud environments - GCP, AWS, or Azure.

- Strong coordination, communication, and analytical skills.

- Experience working in a client-facing role within data-driven or consulting environments.
