Job Overview:

We are seeking enthusiastic and driven Business Development Specialists to join our growing sales team.

This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are passionate about sales, client engagement, and building long-term business relationships.

You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, driving lead generation efforts, and supporting the sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct lead generation through market research, outbound outreach, and digital channels.

- Identify, qualify, and acquire prospective clients.

- Assist in creating and executing sales strategies to achieve business targets.

- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients.

- Conduct product/service presentations and communicate value propositions effectively.

- Coordinate with internal teams to support client requirements and ensure smooth onboarding.

- Maintain accurate records and track interactions using CRM tools.

- Participate in sales meetings, reviews, and training sessions.

Required Skills:

- MBA (Marketing & Sales)

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions.

- Knowledge or exposure to BDE/Sales tools such as CRM systems, Zoho, Apollo, etc.

- High level of enthusiasm, self-motivation, and target orientation.

- Basic understanding of sales funnels, lead nurturing, and business development concepts
