Key Responsibilities:
- Onboard new employees and collect required documentation, including background information.
- Assist employees with HR-related queries and support throughout their employment lifecycle.
- Work closely with management to plan and deliver employee training initiatives.
- Research and analyze employee trends to identify opportunities for improving engagement and retention.
-Maintain strong knowledge of labor laws and legal standards to minimize risks related to daily employee management.
- Support management in conflict resolution and employee relations matters.
- Establish and uphold company ethics, values, and culture.
- Manage HR operations including immigration documentation, payroll coordination, taxes, and employee benefits administration.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in HR or a related role.
- Strong organizational, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proven ability to onboard new employees and manage end-to-end HR processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
