We're building the next generation of marketing infrastructure, combining real-time data with automation and first-principles thinking. Our customers include Swiggy Instamart, Flipkart, Zalora and leading fashion and eCommerce brands across South East Asia and India across digital channels.
We're a lean team made up of product, tech, and implementation. As an early hire, youll work directly with the founding team and play a key role in ensuring clients see results from day one.
About the Role
We're hiring a full-time, in-office AI Associate - Program Manager to act as the bridge between the founding team and the implementation team, while also being a point of contact for our customers.
This is a hands-on, operational role where youll coordinate client onboarding, track implementation progress, lead regular client communications, and ensure that all moving pieces come together smoothly. Youll work directly with the founders, gaining exposure to high-level strategy while ensuring operational execution on the ground.
This is an ideal role for someone with 13 years of experience in customer-facing roles, program management roles or project coordination roles who thrives in a fast-paced, high-accountability startup environment.
Responsibilities
Client Onboarding & Support
- Coordinate new client onboarding, including tracking trial launches and implementation steps
- Communicate timelines, milestones, and deliverables clearly to clients and internal team
- Help gather and organize all client requirements for the implementation team
Program Coordination
- Serve as the key link between the implementation team and the Product team
- Track project progress, flag delays or blockers, and ensure alignment between teams
- Keep detailed notes and maintain internal project dashboards or trackers
Client Communication & Success
- Join or lead weekly calls and monthly reviews with clients
- Share performance updates, capture client goals (like ROAS and CPA targets), and translate them into actionable tasks
- Ensure clients feel supported, informed, and confident in our solution
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare and maintain clear client-facing presentations, reports, and updates
- Document experiment designs, learnings, and next steps
What You Bring:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in client success, program coordination, or operations
- Strong communication skills confident speaking with clients and internal teams
- Highly organized able to manage multiple workstreams, trackers, and timelines
- Basic understanding of marketing metrics like ROAS, CPA, etc.
- Comfortable working in a high-ownership, high-speed environment
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Bonus: Familiarity with digital marketing, performance campaigns, or product feed management
