Our flagship product, QScale, optimizes product feeds for digital marketing campaigns and is essential for leading e-commerce and D2C firms globally. What We Are Looking For: We seek an ideal candidate with client-facing experience and a background in analytics. While not required to be hands-on with data science and analytics or AI, they should be well-versed in both areas. But they are required be Hands on in SQL. The candidate must have a strong sense of ownership and be able to lead a team of analysts for QScale implementation on the customer's side. They should influence their team and relevant client stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes, ensuring successful product implementation, customer success, and retention. Roles and Responsibilities: - Service Delivery and Customer Satisfaction: Manage service delivery and ensure high customer satisfaction (KPI: customer retention). - Team Leadership: Lead a team of analysts and ensure correct product implementation for customers. - Customer Communication: Conduct regular meetings and send updates to customers. - Technical Inputs: Provide feedback and insights to the tech team. Educational Qualifications: - Tier 1 Engineering degree - MBA (preferred but not mandatory) Professional Experience - Experience in stakeholder and client management - Excellent communication, analytical, and influencing skills - Ability to build and manage a team of analysts - Ability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment
