Hiring: Quant Trader | Mid Freq / High Freq Trading
Location: Gurugram/Mumbai
We are looking for an exceptional Quant Trader to join a high performance trading team working on cutting edge strategies across global markets.
Job Responsibility:
- Backtest, research and develop HFT/MFT trading strategies.
- Innovate new and out of the box approaches towards extracting alpha systematically
- Deeply involved in the complete life cycle of strategy development process ranging from idea generation to live deployment
- Assist portfolio manager in various strategy improvement or portfolio allocation projects
- Continuously track performance of strategies and strive towards improving the same; also use innovative new risk management technique to reduce tail risk
Essential Qualification and Skills:
- B Tech, MSc, or PhD from a top school in Maths, Physics, Computer Science, etc. from IIT/BITs/NIT
- 2+ years of experience HFT/MFT trading
- Expertise in statistical techniques, and experience researching large datasets.
- Programming proficiency in either C++/Python.
