Qualtech - Sales Manager

We are looking for a driven and ambitious Sales Manager to accelerate business growth in the BFSI technology space.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales and Market Expansion:

- Identify and engage potential clients in banking, NBFC, and fintech domains.

- Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting, demos, and proposals to closure.

- Deliver consistent business growth through structured and strategic selling.

2. Client Relationship Management:

- Build strong client networks with decision- makers and influencers.

- Act as a trusted consultant, understanding business needs and mapping tech solutions. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.

3. Market Insights and Collaboration:

- Stay current with BFSI trends, digital transformation, and regulatory updates.

- Work closely with internal teams to align product offerings with market demand.

- Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and forums.

Candidate Profile:

- 3- 8 years of BFSI tech sales experience, preferably in lending, banking, or fintech software.

- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.

- Excellent communication, language fluency, and presentation skills.

- Strong understanding of BFSI products, fintech solutions, and sales processes.

- Ambitious, resilient, and eager to prove leadership potential.

- Graduate degree required; education background flexible if performance pedigree is strong.
