QualityKiosk Technologies - Test Manager - Digital Wealth

Role Overview:

We are looking for a seasoned Test Manager to lead the end-to-end Quality Engineering (QE) strategy for the implementation of a Digital Wealth platform.

The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in Digital Wealth Management, Test Management, stakeholder engagement, and leading distributed QE teams across large-scale banking transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the end-to-end QE strategy for Digital Wealth platform implementation.

- Define and execute test strategies across wealth management, banking integrations, and cloud deployments.

- Manage functional, automation, performance, and UX testing teams.

- Drive quality governance, testing metrics, risk management, and timely project delivery.

- Collaborate with client stakeholders, product teams, and offshore delivery teams.

- Own test planning, execution, defect management, reporting, documentation, and UAT coordination.

- Lead continuous quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with client and QualityKiosk standards.

Must-Have Skills:

- 10+ years of Quality Engineering / Testing experience.

- Proven experience implementing Digital Wealth Management platforms.

- Strong Test Management experience within Banking or Financial Services.

- Expertise in leading large cross-functional and offshore QA/QE teams.

- Excellent stakeholder management and delivery governance skills.
