About the job:

Role Overview:

- We are seeking an experienced Test Delivery Manager - Digital Wealth & Banking Integration to lead the end-to-end Quality Engineering (QE) strategy for the implementation of a Digital Wealth platform using Comarch.

- This role requires deep expertise in digital wealth management and test leadership, with the ability to design test strategies, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance with client and organizational quality standards.

- The Test Manager will be accountable for overall testing quality, timely delivery, and continuous improvement initiatives, while collaborating with Comarch product teams, banking stakeholders, and offshore QE resources.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the end-to-end QE strategy for Comarch platform implementation in a digital wealth environment.

- Define test strategies across wealth use cases, integration with banking systems, and cloud deployments.

- Collaborate with Comarch product and implementation teams to align on release quality.

- Manage cross-functional QE resources, including functional, automation, performance, and UX.

- Report quality metrics to both the bank's digital leadership and Comarch stakeholders.

- Take overall responsibility for quality of testing and timely delivery.

- Act as a key driver of test improvement initiatives.

- Develop test strategies, overall plans, resource requirements, allocation, and identify technical skill needs.

- Interact with client teams on project risks, concerns, and issue resolution.

- Report project status to the Delivery or Program Manager.

- Ensure compliance with client and QualityKiosk processes.

- Consolidate and report metrics for all project activities.

- Manage project knowledge and maintain documentation.

- Create test designs, execution plans, and testing schedules.

- Assign tasks to team members and manage workload efficiently.

- Track project milestones and deliverables.

- Manage and monitor offshore team performance.

- Provide inputs and clarifications to the offshore team as needed.

- Track and manage new requirements arising during the project.

- Conduct daily defect discussions and ensure timely resolution.

- Ensure adherence to onsite-offshore processes and agreed timelines.

- Coordinate with users for inputs, reviews, and approvals.

- Take responsibility for metrics measurement and implementation.

- Report on testing activities, including results, test suite coverage, test case creation, and defect tracking.

- Ensure strict adherence to testing processes.

- Coordinate with client teams for UAT.

Must-Have Skills:

- Proven experience with Digital Wealth implementation.

- Strong background in QE/Test Management for large-scale financial platforms.

- Demonstrated ability to manage offshore teams and drive timely, high-quality deliveries.

Good-to-Have Skills:

- Experience in Mobile Banking, Onboarding Channels, or Internet Banking.

- Hands-on exposure to Comarch Wealth Management solutions.

- Familiarity with UAE market practices
