Qualification:
- Management with minimum 1 year of professional experience (including internships/academic projects)
Role Overview:
The role focuses on hands-on evaluation of AI applications such as chatbots and business AI models. The candidate will follow defined testing guidelines to assess performance, output quality, and user relevance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate conversational AI, chatbots, and other AI models using planned test cases
- Perform accuracy checks, benchmarking, and structured quality evaluation
- Document findings, observations, and improvement suggestions
- Collaborate with project managers and SMEs to enhance output quality
- Help design simple evaluation datasets and scenarios
Preferred Background & Skills:
- Domain exposure to Banking/Financial services (preferred, not mandatory)
- Experience with chatbots or digital customer service platforms is added advantage
- Basic awareness of AI and machine learning (on-the-job learning supported)
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working with digital tools
