About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic Program Manager to lead strategic technology programs and drive successful execution across multiple workstreams.

The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Program Management, Capacity Planning, and Budget Management, with the ability to manage complex initiatives and engage with senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end delivery of technology programs and strategic initiatives.

- Develop and manage program plans, milestones, governance frameworks, and delivery roadmaps.

- Drive capacity planning, resource forecasting, and workforce optimization across programs.

- Own program budgets, financial planning, forecasting, and cost governance.

- Monitor risks, dependencies, delivery metrics, and program performance.

- Provide regular executive-level reporting and stakeholder updates.

- Collaborate with business, technology, operations, and vendor teams to ensure successful outcomes.

- Establish governance standards and drive continuous improvement across program delivery.

Required Experience:

- 7+ years of experience in Program Management, Technology Delivery, or Project Management.

- Proven experience managing large-scale technology programs.

- Strong expertise in:

- Program Management

- Capacity Planning

- Budget & Financial Management

- Experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholder groups.

- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

- Experience within Banking, Payments, FinTech, Financial Services, or large enterprise environments is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

- MBA from a reputed institute (IIM preferred).

- PMP, PgMP, Agile, SAFe, or equivalent certifications are advantageous.

- Experience managing enterprise transformation or digital initiatives.
