POSITION STATEMENT:

- As the BASS Senior Consultant/ Consultant, you will act as the technical anchor for Sales and Delivery teams, owning end-to-end solution design, proposal development, and seamless deal transition.

- You'll craft winning propositions, defend solutions with stakeholders, and mentor junior consultants ensuring every deal balance innovation, feasibility, and client value.

Key Hallmark: Your ability to unify teams, translate client requirements into actionable solutions, and champion techno-commercial optimization will define success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Solution Ownership:

- Analyse RFPs/requirements and design end-to-end testing/automation solutions.

- Own effort estimation, proposal development, and deal governance.

- Articulate and defend methodologies with clients/internal teams.

Collaboration & Transition:

- Partner with Business Units (BUs), COP's, Architects to validate solutions and secure approvals.

- Ensure smooth handover from Sales to Delivery teams.

- Work with Delivery teams to optimize efforts for similar projects.

Market Impact:

- Develop case studies and marketing collateral with BUs.

- Explore upsell/cross-sell opportunities with Sales.

Mentorship:

- Guide junior consultants on solutioning best practices and tools.

Required Experience:

- 5+ years in testing/test automation, with hands-on expertise in tools like Selenium, UFT, or similar platforms.

- Experience in pre-sales/proposal development for verticals like BFSI, Auto & CG, or Healthcare.

- Proven ability to handle client interactions and translate requirements into solutions.

- Exposure to large bid solution creation for winning proposals.

Required Competencies:

1. Technical Expertise:

- Mastery of end-to-end testing processes, from pre-production to postproduction services,

- Proficiency in effort estimation methodologies (e.g , FP, Agile).

Client-Centric Solutioning:

- Translate technical details into client-ready narratives.

- Balance winnability (commercial appeal) and deliverability (technical feasibility).

Industry Insight:

- Strong understanding of verticals like BFSI, Auto & CG, Healthcare.

- Analyse client business drivers to tailor proposals.

Professional Qualifications:

- Preferred: MBA/MTech or Bachelor's in Engineering/Science/Commerce.

- Certifications: ISTQB (advance preferred), PMP, or Prince2
