About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive growth, build strategic partnerships, and expand our market presence.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets through effective sales and market development strategies.

This role requires strong communication, strategic thinking, and negotiation skills, along with a deep understanding of business development processes in competitive markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Growth & Strategy:

- Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets.

- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve company sales and growth targets.

- Research industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to inform strategic planning.

- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline and track progress against goals.

- Collaborate with leadership to set short-term and long-term revenue objectives.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:

- Generate leads through networking, cold calls, events, referrals, and digital platforms.

- Engage and build relationships with key decision-makers, CXOs, and industry stakeholders.

- Present business proposals, solutions, and value propositions tailored to client needs.

- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and account management.

Proposal Development & Negotiation:

- Prepare and present commercial proposals, RFP responses, and strategic pitches.

- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreement to maximize profitability.

- Collaborate with internal teams (finance, legal, delivery, and product) to ensure successful deal closure.

- Follow up on proposals and maintain a systematic tracking mechanism.

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Coordination:

- Work closely with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with brand positioning.

- Coordinate with operations and delivery teams to ensure seamless project execution post-sales.

- Provide client insights and market feedback to support product enhancement and innovation.

- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the company and generate leads.

Reporting & Performance Tracking:

- Maintain detailed records of all business development activities in CRM tools (e.g, Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).

- Track KPIs including lead conversion rates, revenue targets, and pipeline velocity.

- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for leadership review.

- Continuously refine strategies based on performance analytics and client feedback
