
HR Business Partner

Position Overview
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) acts as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning HR strategies with business objectives.
The HRBP provides expert advice and support in all areas of HR, including workforce planning, talent management, employee engagement, performance management, organizational development, and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnership:
- Partner with business leaders to understand business goals and develop people strategies that drive performance and growth.
- Advise managers on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent needs.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to influence business decisions.
Talent Management & Development:
- Collaborate with managers to identify high-potential talent and succession planning needs.
- Support the implementation of learning and development initiatives.
- Drive performance management processes, ensuring feedback and coaching are embedded in the culture.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and leaders on HR policies and practices.
- Manage complex employee relations issues and conduct investigations when needed.
- Promote employee engagement through surveys, communication strategies, and cultural initiatives.
HR Operations & Compliance:
- Support HR processes including onboarding, performance reviews, and exit management.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and organizational policies.
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) in areas such as compensation, benefits, and talent acquisition.
Change Management & Organizational Effectiveness:
- Lead or support change initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Facilitate team-building sessions, workshops, and leadership development programs.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Masters degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP/SCP, CIPD, PHR/SPHR) preferred.
Experience:
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in an HRBP or similar advisory role.
- Experience in [industry name, e.g., technology, manufacturing, retail] preferred.
