Job Title: Delivery Manager - Digital Channels (Banking)

Role Overview:
- We are looking for a seasoned Delivery Manager - Digital Channels (Banking) with 15+ years of experience in leading enterprise-scale Digital Banking initiatives.
- The ideal candidate will have proven delivery leadership across Retail, Corporate, Mobile & Internet Banking, ATM, CRM, API/Open Banking, and Digital Onboarding platforms, with strong stakeholder governance, vendor leadership, and transformation delivery expertise.
- This position is critical to ensuring strategic execution, commercial governance, and delivery excellence across channel programs, aligning business priorities with high-quality digital outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Channels Delivery & Program Leadership:
- Lead end-to-end delivery for Banking Digital Channels including Mobile Banking, Corporate/Retail Internet Banking, ATM/Kiosk, APIs, Open Banking, UPI/Wallets, Digital Onboarding, CRM, Customer Journeys.
- Own delivery planning, budgeting, resource management, milestone tracking, risk mitigation, and delivery outcomes.
- Govern program dashboards, PMO reports, RAID logs, dependencies, and executive steering presentations.
Stakeholder & Executive Governance:
- Engage with CXO leadership, Business, Operations, Technology, Product Owners, Partners, and Vendor teams.
- Drive Steering Committee updates, business alignment sessions, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Manage escalations, decisions, and change approvals at senior leadership levels.
Domain Excellence Channels & Digital Banking:
Deep functional understanding across:
- Retail & Corporate Internet Banking
- Mobile/Super App Banking
- ATM / Kiosk / Branch Experience
- API / Open Banking / Integration Layer
- Digital Wallets / QR / UPI / Payments
- CRM, KYC, Digital Onboarding
- Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies (CBUAE / RBI / MAS / PCI DSS / ISO 8583).
Vendor & Commercial Management:
- Lead RFPs, SOW negotiations, contract engagement, and vendor governance.
- Ensure compliance to contractual deliverables, commercial controls, SLA adherence, and resource planning.
Delivery Quality, Testing & Production Readiness:
- Collaborate with Quality Engineering teams across SIT, UAT, Security, Performance, and Regulatory Testing.
- Drive implementation readiness, cutover planning, ITIL processes, and post go-live stabilization.
Must-Have Skills:
- 15+ years of experience in Banking Digital Channels delivery or transformation program management
- Proven track record in handling large-scale, multi-year digital programs in BFSI
- Strong experience in digital channel architecture, journey design, UX, integrations, and regulatory compliance
- Executive stakeholder management cross-functional, multi-vendor, CXO-level engagement
- Hands-on delivery leadership, governance, commercial control, and vendor oversight
