
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Consultant/Lead for our Presales team, specializing in the Banking sector.
You will work closely with sales, product, and delivery teams to design and present compelling solutions that address the complex needs of banking clients, helping to win new business and expand existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead presales activities for banking sector clients, including solutioning, proposal development, and presentations.
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and translate them into tailored product and service offerings.
- Conduct detailed product demonstrations and proof of concepts (POCs) aligned with banking regulations and industry best practices.
- Develop and deliver high-impact proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and technical presentations.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients by providing insights on banking technology trends, compliance, and risk management.
- Engage with internal product and engineering teams to ensure feasibility and alignment of proposed solutions.
- Support deal negotiation and closure by providing technical expertise and addressing client queries.
- Mentor junior presales consultants and contribute to team knowledge sharing and process improvement.
Requirements:

- 2+ years of presales or consulting experience, with at least 3 years focused on the banking/financial services sector.
- Deep understanding of banking processes, regulatory requirements, and technology landscapes (e.g., core banking, digital banking, payments).
- Strong skills in solution design, technical sales, and client engagement.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
- Experience preparing RFP responses and managing complex sales cycles.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and presales methodologies
