About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with SAP expertise and UAT experience to act as a critical liaison between clients, development partners, and offshore testing teams.

The ideal candidate will ensure that business requirements are accurately translated into functional specifications, test scenarios, and high-quality deliverables.

This role requires a combination of SAP functional knowledge, business analysis, and testing expertise, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the bridge between the client, development partner, and offshore testing team.

- Collaborate with clients to validate business requirements and conduct requirement GAP analysis.

- Translate business requirements into detailed test scenarios, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.

- Work closely with business users to ensure complete coverage of testing requirements.

- Design, develop, and review critical test scenarios for SAP modules and business processes.

- Conduct System Integration Testing (SIT) result reviews and facilitate issue resolution.

- Participate in Cross-Functional Testing (CFT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) rounds alongside offshore resources.

- Enable quality assurance checks on deliverables to ensure alignment with business objectives.

- Coordinate with teams for defect management, issue resolution, and closure post-Go Live.

- Create and maintain templates and documentation for requirements, test plans, and results.

- Review and validate all test documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy.

- Provide regular status updates to client and core teams, including progress, risks, and mitigation plans.

- Assist in estimating test efforts and reviewing test estimates for accuracy and feasibility.

- Serve as a primary point of contact for business users and client teams regarding requirements and UAT progress.

- Facilitate clear and effective communication between business, development, and testing teams.
