Business Analyst T24- Core Banking System, CASA, with Mobile Apps

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 7 to 10 Years

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct workshops for T24 modules (Customer, CASA, Deposits, Loans, Payments).

- Perform GAP analysis between business processes and T24 capabilities.

- Document BRDs, FSDs, param setup requirements, data mapping, and interface specifications.

- Work with integration teams for OFS messages, APIs, middleware, and downstream systems.

- Support configuration, parameterization, and product setup across modules.

- Validate accounting entries, EOD/BOD processes, and regulatory requirements.

- Assist SIT/UAT by clarifying requirements, preparing scenarios, and validating results.

- Lead requirement gathering, GAP analysis, and process mapping.

- Translate business needs into BRD, FSD, user stories, and workflow documentation.

- Coordinate with business stakeholders, operations, product managers, and IT teams.

- Conduct walkthroughs, validate requirements, and ensure sign-offs.

- Support SIT/UAT by preparing scenarios, reviewing defects, and validating functionality.

- Analyze impacts for change requests, enhancements, and integrations.

- Ensure compliance with local regulations (SAMA/GCC) and internal banking policies.

- Facilitate workshops, demos, and training sessions for end users.

Required Skills:

- Strong functional knowledge of T24 modules Core Banking System

- Understanding of multi-currency, FX rules, charges, interest, and GL postings.

- Exposure to OFS, T24 AA, TAFC/TAFJ, and integration frameworks
