About the Job:

Quality Strategy & Process Leadership:

- Develop, own, and execute a comprehensive Quality Assurance (QA) strategy, ensuring it aligns with overarching organizational goals and client expectations.

- You'll define, implement, and monitor robust QA processes, standards, and best practices across all projects.

- This includes continuously assessing and adopting industry-leading methodologies and tools.

- A key part of your role will be establishing and tracking key quality metrics to measure effectiveness and drive continuous improvements.

Leadership & People Management:

- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of quality assurance professionals.

- You will be responsible for defining and implementing a career development and skill enhancement roadmap for your team, fostering a culture of excellence and managing individual performance effectively.

- As a key people manager, you'll act as an escalation point, and you'll own the hiring strategy for the team, ensuring strong succession planning and talent retention.

Customer Focus & Stakeholder Management

- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction from a software quality perspective, serving as the voice of quality in client engagements.

- You'll collaborate with product managers, business analysts, architects, and development leads to align on requirements and quality expectations.

- This role also involves supporting pre-sales activities by demonstrating QA capabilities and addressing client queries.

Key Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

- Master of Business Administration (MBA) or a related advanced degree.

- A proven track record of 10+ years in software quality assurance, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a QA leadership or managerial capacity.

- A deep understanding of QA methodologies, processes, and best practices.

- Demonstrated ability to manage and scale QA teams, with a focus on people and process excellence.

- Exceptional leadership, strategic problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, including experience working with senior leadership
