Job Description

- We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager to oversee and ensure adherence to quality standards within our Production department.

- The ideal candidate will have strong experience in quality control, documentation, compliance, and monitoring processes within manufacturing or pre-engineered building (PEB) environments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Implement, monitor, and continuously improve quality control procedures to ensure products meet industry and organizational standards.

- Support and manage quality assurance processes to ensure project deliverables meet the required specifications.

- Collaborate with project managers to develop and execute comprehensive quality plans for each project.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all quality documentation, including:

- Cube test reports

- Calibration certificates

- Inspection reports

- Material test certificates

- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, statutory norms, and quality standards throughout the production and project lifecycle.

- Conduct regular inspections, audits, and root cause analysis for any quality deviations.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) are effectively implemented.

- Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality processes and best practices.

- Prepare periodic quality reports for management review.

Skills & Competencies

- Strong knowledge of quality control & assurance methodologies.

- Experience in manufacturing / PEB industry preferred.

- Familiarity with relevant industry standards, testing methods, and audit processes.

- Excellent analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with production, project, and engineering teams.

- Strong communication and leadership skills.
