Position Title - Plant Quality Head

Division / Department- Quality Assurance

Location - Hyderabad

Functional deliveries:

2. Ensure reduction in external / internal complaints & take corrective action for non-repetition

3. Reduce COPQ by implementing continual improvement projects

4. Monitor internal rejection & take preventive actions

5. Ensure gauge availability to eliminate possibility of mix up of in process setting pieces generated.

6. Ensure calibration of all incoming measuring and process equipments

7. Ensure existing and new products quality engineering & inspection standard.

8. Ensure response to warranty complaint will be as per agreement with customer, statutory & regulatory requirements

9. Undertake customer visits in order to affect a timely resolution of all customer complaints.

10. Conduct in house quality systems audits.

11. Facilitate advanced quality planning, statistical and problem solving techniques.

12. Advise Senior Management on all policy matters relating to quality.

13. Take corrective and preventive actions to reduce CC, product safety related issues & change management.

14. Do internal/supplier rejection analysis to meet quality objectives

15. Product ionization of NPD sizes and other related activities

16. Coordinate quality related equipment improvement projects

17. Coordinate all outsourcing needs, both internal and external (job-working) related to quality

18. Ensure training needs are identified of quality team & submit it to HR.

19. Organizing review on performance of QMS & maintaining minutes of meeting

20. Maintaining the quality management system

21. Ensuring the awareness of customer requirement throughout the organization

22. Support MR on all activities related to QMS
