Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control processes to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Monitor and evaluate operational processes to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Conduct audits, inspections, and reviews to ensure adherence to quality procedures.
- Maintain accurate documentation and prepare reports for management review and regulatory compliance.
- Manage deviation handling, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality requirements are integrated into operations.
- Support training programs to ensure quality awareness across the organization.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in any relevant field.
- 26 years of experience in quality management or quality assurance.
- Strong knowledge of quality standards, frameworks, and compliance requirements.
- Experience in process improvement, audits, and documentation management.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
