Quality Lead (Localization) - We are currently hiring an experienced Quality Lead for our Localization business unit. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our internal quality control process with a focus on quality checks, increasing efficiencies, and process optimization. - This is a people-centric role that will require weekly/monthly collaboration with different business heads to identify quality challenges and help improve on those. The position reports to the Managing Director. Skills and Experience: - 10+ years of experience working in a similar quality control preferably in a multilingual localization company. - Strong process and time management skills. - Excellent knowledge of industry-standard localization tools and processes - Certification in Six Sigma/ Kaizen or similar certification in quality is a must. - Ability to work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment. - Strong interpersonal and cross-team collaboration skills. - Excellent level of written and spoken English required. - Excellent in Microsoft office. - Past experience in using Quality tools will be added advantage. - Experience in managing LQA projects would be an advantage. - Must be well versed with global quality standards and have prior work experience working with international brands. Duties and Responsibilities: - Manage and improve the quality control process. - Set goals and metrics, and report on quality control results continuously. - Come up with quality initiatives and programs which are acceptable and practical - Continue the development of the quality process of our existing business teams. - Share quality concerns and suggest action points with stakeholders.
